SC: Need to Have Guidelines for Investigating Agencies Summoning Lawyers Over Legal Advice - (21 Jul 2025)

Supreme Court has stated that there is a need of making guidelines that address the issue of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and other investigating agencies summoning lawyers over the legal advice given to clients in criminal cases.
