Delhi HC: Prosecutrix’s Refusal to Undergo Medical Examination Weakens the Case - (18 Jul 2025)

CRIMINAL

Delhi HC while dealing with anticipatory bail plea of the accused, has observed that refusal of prosecutrix to undergo medical examination despite alleging serious sexual assault weakens prosecution's case and she being a well educated woman cannot be considered an uninformed individual.
