SC: Deprivation of Natural Heir from Will May Not Raise Suspicion - (18 Jul 2025)

Supreme Court has observed that deprivation of a natural heir from a Will by itself, may not amount to a circumstance raising suspicion against its valid execution because the whole idea behind the execution of the Will is to interfere with the normal line of succession.
