SC Criticizes Karnataka High Court for Restraining SARFAESI Proceedings in Writ Petitions - (18 Jul 2025)

Supreme Court has criticized the Karnataka High Court for restraining a secured creditor from proceeding under Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 without recording just and sufficient reason.
