Bombay HC: Elephant’s ‘Right to Quality Life’ to Prevail Over Human’s Right to Use Animals - (17 Jul 2025)

Bombay High Court has held that survival of the elephant and its right to quality life shall prevail over and above the rights of men to use the elephant for religious rites.
