SC: “Healthcare Services” in Service Tax Exemption Notification Includes Stem Cell Banking Services - (17 Jul 2025)

Supreme Court has observed that “Healthcare Services” exempted from service tax as per the notifications issued by the Ministry of Finance shall include stem cell banking services, including enrolment, collection.
