SC: In Matters of Custody, Best Interest of Child Remains of Utmost Importance - (17 Jul 2025)

SC while reviewing its order granting permanent custody of a minor child to his biological father, has restored custody to the mother and stated that in matters of custody, the best interest of the child remains at the heart of judicial adjudication.
