Calcutta HC: Failure to Examine Weapon becomes Fatal in Cases of Circumstantial Evidence - (16 Jul 2025)

CRIMINAL

Calcutta High Court has held that in cases based on the circumstantial evidence, failure to examine the weapon recovered and alleged to have been used in the commission of the crime is fatal.
