Supreme Court: Article 19 Cannot Overpower Article 21 - (16 Jul 2025)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court while hearing a plea accusing some comedians of making insensitive jokes about persons with disabilities, has stated that if any competition takes place, Article 19 of COI cannot overpower Article 21 of COI.
