SC Refers to Larger Bench Question of Whether POA Holder Qualifies as an 'Executant' of Sale Deed - (16 Jul 2025)

Supreme Court has referred to a larger bench the issue of whether a Power of Attorney holder qualifies as an 'executant' of a sale deed and can present it for registration without fulfilling additional authentication under the Registration Act, 1908.
