SC: Teacher in an Aided School for all Practical Purposes is Akin to a Post Under the State Govt. - (15 Jul 2025)

SERVICE

SC has observed that a teacher in an aided school for all practical purposes is akin to a post under the State Govt. and such teachers are also entitled to some of the conditions of service as are applicable to Govt. teachers, with entitlement of pension, provident fund & gratuity as applicable.
