SC: Spouse’s Telephonic Conversation Recorded Secretly is Admissible in Evidence - (14 Jul 2025)

LAW OF EVIDENCE

Supreme Court while setting aside judgment of Punjab & Haryana High Court, has held that telephonic conversation of the spouse that has been recorded secretly is admissible as evidence in matrimonial proceedings.
