Allahabad HC: Merely Supporting Pakistan Will Not Prima Facie Attract Section 152 of BNS - (11 Jul 2025)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has observed that merely expressing support for Pakistan without referring to any specific incident does not prima facie constitute an offence under Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
