Gujarat HC: Can’t Initiate Disciplinary Proceedings against Judicial Officer Merely for Wrong Order - (10 Jul 2025)

Gujarat High Court while reinstating a judicial officer dismissed from service for alleged misconduct, has observed that disciplinary proceedings should not be initiated against Judicial Officers merely on the basis that a wrong order has been passed.
