NCLAT: Secured Creditor Can’t Avoid Obligation towards Workmen dues when Security Interest Realised - (10 Jul 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that Secured Creditor cannot avoid obligation to contribute towards workmen dues out of the realised fund when the security interest has been realised under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
