J&K HC: IA Conducting Investigation in Violation of S. 17A of PC Act Doesn’t Vitiate Entire Process - (09 Jul 2025)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court while refusing to quash an FIR registered under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (PC Act) has observed that the part of investigation conducted by the Investigating Agency in violation of Section 17A of the PC Act would not vitiate the entire process.
