Bombay HC: Can’t Ask Husband to Pay Instalments for Under Construction Flat - (08 Jul 2025)

Bombay High Court has observed that a husband cannot be directed to pay instalments of an under construction flat as it cannot be termed a 'shared household' under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005
