MP HC Sets Aside Order Recognising Saif Ali Khan & Family as Heirs of Nawab of Bhopal's Properties - (07 Jul 2025)

PROPERTY

The Madhya Pradesh HC has set aside the trial court's judgment upholding the exclusive right of actor Saif Ali Khan and family, Sajida Begum's heirs, over the ancestral properties of the Nawab of Bhopal and remanded the matter back to the Trial Court.
