Union Government Notifies Waqf Rules 2025 - (07 Jul 2025)

Central Government has notified the "Unified Waqf Management, Empowerment, Efficiency and Development Rules, 2025", framed in exercise of powers u/s 108B of the Waqf Act, 1995, providing for the portal and database of waqf properties, the manner of their registration and conduct of audit etc.
