AP HC Directs Magistrates to follow SC Guidelines Before Remanding a Person Booked For Posts - (07 Jul 2025)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Andhra Pradesh HC, in a circular issued on July 5, directed judicial magistrates to follow Arnesh Kumar & Imran Pratapgadhi cases before remanding a person booked for social media posts. The magistrates who do not adhere to these decisions, they may face contempt and departmental inquiry.
