Delhi HC Seeks Response from Govt. Over Penalties on Petrol Pumps Supplying Fuel to Old Vehicles - (04 Jul 2025)

In a petition filed by the Delhi Petrol Dealers Association challenging the imposition of penalty on fuel pump owners supplying fuel to End of Life Vehicles, Delhi High Court has sought response from the Delhi Government in the matter.
