Bombay HC: Cannot Treat Sole Director of OPC, Parallelly with Separate Legal Entity - (04 Jul 2025)

Bombay High Court while setting aside an order passed by arbitral tribunal has observed that sole director of a One Person Company (OPC) cannot be treated parallelly with the separate legal entity.
