Karnataka HC Directs Proton Mail to Block Offensive E-Mails Sent to Female Employees of Moser - (04 Jul 2025)

Karnataka High Court has directed Proton Mail to block offensive e-mails sent to female employees of M Moser Design Associates after noting that proceedings under Section 69A of the IT Act, 2000 and Rule 10 of the IT Rules, 2009, are currently ongoing.
