Delhi HC Modifies Order Allowing Minor to Terminate Pregnancy - (04 Jul 2025)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Delhi High Court has modified an order by single judge which allowed a minor rape survivor to terminate her pregnancy. The modification came after the minor agreed before the Delhi High Court to carry the child.
