Madras HC: Can’t Tap Individual’s Phone to Uncover Suspected Crime - (03 Jul 2025)

Madras High Court has observed that in a secret operation to detect the commission of a crime, an individual’s phone cannot be tapped as the same would amount to violation of right to privacy.
