Delhi HC Upholds Rule Restricting Retention of GPRA by Central Armed Police Forces - (03 Jul 2025)

Delhi High Court has upheld the restriction on retention of General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) by personnel of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) to a maximum of three years at the last place of posting.
