Del. HC: Indian Citizen Apprehending Arrest for Offence Committed Abroad Can Invoke Sec. 438 of CrPC - (02 Jul 2025)

Delhi High Court has observed that Indian citizen who apprehends arrest in India for an alleged offence committed abroad can invoke protection of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of CrPC.
