Delhi HC: Govt. to Take Steps for Involving Mental Health Professionals in Premature Release Process - (02 Jul 2025)

Delhi High Court has recommended to the Government of Delhi and Prisons Department to take steps for involvement of mental health professionals in the premature release process of convicts.
