Delhi HC: Ensure that Information Sought under RTI is provided in the Mode Sought by Seeker - (02 Jul 2025)

RIGHT TO INFORMATION

Delhi High Court has directed the Union Government to ensure that the information asked for, under the Right to Information Act, 2005 is provided in the mode sought by the information seeker.
