Delhi High Court Permits Minor Rape Survivor to Terminate Pregnancy - (01 Jul 2025)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Delhi High Court has allowed a minor rape survivor to terminate her pregnancy after noting that the risk involved in the entire process has been duly explained to the mother of the minor as well as the minor.
