Delhi HC Stays Single Judge Rusling Asking Amazon to Pay ?339.25 Crore to 'Beverly Hills Polo Club' - (01 Jul 2025)

Delhi High Court has stayed ruling passed by Single Judge asking Amazon Technologies Inc to pay Rs. 339.25 crore as damages to Beverly Hills Polo Club for trademark infringement of the brand.
