Cal HC to State: Why Candidates Tainted with Scam being Given Opportunity to Reapply for Recruitment - (01 Jul 2025)

Calcutta High Court has asked the Government of West Bengal why candidates tainted with cash-for-jobs recruitment scam were being permitted to reapply for fresh recruitment despite directions by the Supreme Court.
