BCI Issues Advisory Cautioning About Unauthorised LL.M Programmes - (01 Jul 2025)

EDUCATION

Bar Council of India (BCI) has issued a public advisory warning people about unauthorized LL.M programmes offered by certain universities through various methods. The Council has further directed suspension of such programmes being conducted without regulatory approval.
