Cal. HC: To Convict Person u/s 304B of IPC, Conclusive Proof of Cruelty before Death Required - (30 Jun 2025)

CRIMINAL

Calcutta High Court while setting aside conviction of a husband, has held that to convict a person under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 conclusive proof of cruelty/harassment before wife’s death is required.
