Cal. HC: Can’t Generally Use Public Exchequer Funds with Official Liquidator for Welfare of Employee - (30 Jun 2025)

Cal. High Court has held that it is generally impermissible to use funds from the Official Liquidator's Establishment Charges Account for the purpose of medical/terminal benefits as these funds are kept for administrative and operational costs related to the liquidation process.
