Telangana HC Strikes Down State Government’s Decision to Allot Land to Arbitration Centre - (30 Jun 2025)

Tel. HC has set aside decision of State Government to allot a land free of cost to International Arbitration & Mediation Centre and stated that unless purpose of allotment is greater & such allotment is to an institution whic earns no profit, free allotment of government largesse can’t be justified.
