AP HC: Definition of Ganja Only Includes Flowering or Fruiting Tops of Cannabis Plants - (27 Jun 2025)

AP HC has observed that the definition of Ganja under NDPS Act, 1985 takes in its ambit only the flowering or fruiting tops of cannabis plant and excludes the seeds and leaves when not accompanied by the tops.
