SC: Uniting Couples Not Necessarily the Aim of Mediation in Matrimonial Matters - (27 Jun 2025)

Supreme Court while referring a matrimonial dispute to mediation, has observed that the aim of mediation in matrimonial disputes is not solely to reunite estranged couples and an amicable separation can also be a legitimate outcome of the mediation process.
