Uttarakhand HC Stays All Proceedings Concerning the Panchayat Elections till Further Orders - (26 Jun 2025)

ELECTION

Uttarakhand High Court after noting that the state had not yet issued the gazette notification for the new rotation reservation rules for polls, has stayed all the proceedings in the panchayat elections in the State, till further orders.
