Delhi HC Sends Back to EC Plea to Cancel BSP Symbol 'Elephant' - (11 Jul 2016)

Delhi HC has remanded back to Election Commission a plea seeking cancellation of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) symbol 'Elephant', for alleged misuse of public funds by the erstwhile Mayawati Government in installing statues of pachyderm across the State.
