SC Grants Relief to Candidate Who was Denied Admission Despite Paying Fees - (26 Jun 2025)

EDUCATION

Supreme Court has granted relief to a candidate who despite paying admission fees was denied admission on the ground that there was a delay in reporting to college. The Court permitted the candidate to attend the classes.
