Bombay HC Questions if Young Lawyers have Statutory Right to Claim Stipend - (25 Jun 2025)

Bombay High Court while hearing a PIL seeking direction on BMCG to pay monthly stipend to young lawyers, has questioned if young lawyers had any statutory right to claim stipend from the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
