SC Declines to Grant Exemption from Surrender to Man Who Served in Operation Sindoor - (25 Jun 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has declined to grant exemption from surrender to a man who was convicted under Section 304B of the IPC for killing his wife. The convict had sought exemption on the ground that he had served in Operation Sindoor.
