Gauhati HC Issues Circular Directing Completion of Child Trafficking Cases Within 6 Months - (24 Jun 2025)

CRIMINAL

Gauhati High Court has issued a circular directing the Courts in the States of Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh to complete trial of all child trafficking cases within a period of six months.
