NCLT Mumbai: Can Admit Application u/s 7 of IBC Absence of NeSL Certificate - (19 Jun 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLT Mumbai has held that in absence of NeSL certificate an application under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 can be admitted if the disbursal of the loan amount and occurrence of default are established through other documents.
