Chhattisgarh HC Issues Notification Barring Mobile Phones in Courtrooms - (19 Jun 2025)

CIVIL

Chhattisgarh High Court has issued a notification barring litigants and parties from carrying mobile phones or any electronic devices inside the courtrooms, even in switched-off mode. It further directed that non-compliance of the same shall invite appropriate action.
