SC Grants Police Protection to Minor Girl Who Escaped from Forcible Marriage - (19 Jun 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has granted police protection to a minor girl who escaped from a forcible marriage to a 33-year-old contractor and stated that the minor has not got the parental support required at this stage.
