Calcutta HC Directs Implementation of MGNREGA Scheme after Three Year Hiatus - (19 Jun 2025)

Calcutta High Court has directed implementation of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) scheme prospectively from 01st August, 2025 after three year hiatus over embezzlement allegations.
