Gau. HC: If Arbitrator Not Appointed within 30 Days, Right to Appoint Doesn’t Forfeit Automatically - (18 Jun 2025)

ARBITRATION

Gauhati High Court has observed that if there is no appointment of arbitrator within thirty days of demand then the right to appoint does not forfeit automatically.
