Bombay HC: Can’t Presume Misuse if Names of Dead Persons Continue to be in Voters List - (18 Jun 2025)

ELECTION

Bombay High Court while upholding the election of a Congress MP, has stated that merely because name of dead persons have been included in the voters list it cannot be presumed that votes were cast in their names.
